On October 30, 2019, Monroe Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, announcing that it has rescheduled its conference call discussing its third quarter 2019 financial results from the original time of 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The conference call will now be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

CHICAGO, IL, October 30, 2019 – Monroe Capital Corporation (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: MRCC) announced today that the conference call to discuss its third quarter 2019 financial results was rescheduled to 10:00 am ET on Thursday, November 7, 2019. This call was rescheduled from the original time of 11:00 am ET.
The Company will host a webcast and conference call to discuss its third quarter 2019 operating and financial results on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 10:00 am ET.
